  • Most leases are 12 months, though some properties may offer alternative terms. Typically, all leases are dictated by the University's schedule which is August- July.

  • Maintenance requests can be submitted through the online resident portal 24/7.  This is the ONLY way that maintenance requests are received.

  • Emergency requests are addressed as soon as possible. Routine maintenance is typically handled within a few business days.  

  • Pet policies vary by property. Some homes allow pets with approval.

  • Approved pets may require a pet deposit, pet fee, and/or monthly pet rent depending on the property.

  • Some properties are governed by HOA guidelines, which residents are required to follow.  

  • Yes. Residents are required to maintain renters insurance for the duration of the lease.

  • No, you cannot.

  • Security deposits are returned in accordance with state law (45 days) after move-out and final inspection.  

  • All applicants complete an application and undergo background, credit, and income verification.  

  • Residents can always submit requests through the online portal-- this is a good place to start.
